In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the variator on the Gilera Nexus 500 scooter, following the instructions below. First of all, let's remove the transmission crankcase cover, first removing the small cover; then unscrew the side screws of the casing and the central screw, using a socket wrench. At this point we remove the fan with a 20 mm wrench and then the belt; now we are going to remove the variator, together with the rollers that we find inside it. We just have to replace and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

How do you replace the Ducati Diavel muffler?

In order to replace the Ducati Diavel muffler, you need to unscrew the screws that secure the right side fairing of the bike, so that it completely detaches it. Once the piece has been removed, it will be possible to access the fixing ring that joins the final part of the muffler to the remaining part of the exhaust duct. In this way it will then be possible to unscrew the bolt that secures the muffler to its upper support. It will now be possible to remove the part completely, so that it can be replaced with a new spare part.
