In today's video we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the drive belt and the variator on the Gilera Nexus 500 scooter. First we put our scooter on the central stand and begin to remove the side cover of the transmission, which we find on the left; after which we unscrew the central bolt of the clutch bell, then removing the fan as well, as shown in the video. Now we remove the bell and then the transmission belt, also removing the variator; we replace the rollers and reassemble everything, following the video tutorial until the end!

How do you replace the Ducati Diavel muffler?

In order to replace the Ducati Diavel muffler, you need to unscrew the screws that secure the right side fairing of the bike, so that it completely detaches it. Once the piece has been removed, it will be possible to access the fixing ring that joins the final part of the muffler to the remaining part of the exhaust duct. In this way it will then be possible to unscrew the bolt that secures the muffler to its upper support. It will now be possible to remove the part completely, so that it can be replaced with a new spare part.
