In today's video, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the drive belt and variator on the Gilera Nexus 500 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start removing the side cover of the transmission, found on the left; then unscrew the central bolt of the clutch bell, subsequently removing the fan as shown in the video.

Now, remove the bell and then the drive belt, also disassembling the variator; replace the rollers and reassemble everything, following the video tutorial to the end!
