How do you replace the Gilera Runner 180 frame bushings?

In order to replace the bushings on the Gilera Runner 180 frame, you have to completely disassemble the side fairings of the bike, which are located in correspondence with the compartment under the saddle and the footrest compartment. By doing so, it will be possible to access the underlying components and to loosen the bolts that fix the bushings, in correspondence with the initial part of the muffler. After the old spare parts have therefore been removed, it will be possible to install the new spare parts and fix them appropriately; finally, the side fairings of the bike will have to be mounted again.

How to remove and replace the front wheel of the Honda Nc 750X

Today we will see, in this short and simple guide, how to disassemble and replace the front wheel of the Honda Nc 750X motorcycle. First of all we put our bike on the central stand and we start to unscrew the fixing screws of the front brake caliper, in order to remove it from the disc; let's then loosen the central pin of the wheel, using a socket wrench, as shown in the video. At this point we lift the wheel from the ground with a jack or front stand; remove the pin and replace the wheel, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
