Model: Gilera Dna 50
To replace the transmission on a Gilera DNA 50, you need to loosen the screws securing the casing located at the rear of the bike, near the rear wheel. Once the casing is opened, you must loosen the nut that secures the central pin of the variator, allowing it to be removed; by also sliding off the clutch bell, you can take out the discs that make it up and the belt, replacing everything with new spare parts. After all parts have been reinstalled, you can close the casing with its screws.
