Model: Gilera Runner 125
To replace the variator on a Gilera Runner 125, loosen the bolts securing the cover at the rear of the bike, on the left side of the rear wheel. Once the bolts are loosened, you can completely detach the cover to access the components underneath. Here, you can loosen the central pin of the variator so that it can be released from the drive belt and removed from its housing. By inserting a new one and positioning the belt around it, you can cover everything with the cover.
