To replace the gearbox oil on the Gilera GP 800, loosen the screws securing the side panel on the right side of the bike, near the footpeg. Under this panel, you will find the gearbox oil drain plug, which must be unscrewed to collect the used oil in a suitably positioned container. Once all the oil has drained out, you can insert the new oil into the refill hole located at the top on the right side. After adding the new oil, close everything up by reinstalling the side panel.
