Today's instructions will show you how to carry out the routine maintenance service by replacing the engine oil and oil filter of the Gilera GP 800 scooter. First, place the scooter on its centre stand and begin to unscrew the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then, unscrew the oil filter by hand, replacing the cartridge with a new one as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, ensuring it is the correct type!
