Below are the instructions for removing and replacing the engine block of the Gilera Nexus 500 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and begin by removing the exhaust silencer by unscrewing the fixing screws; then unscrew the central nut of the rear wheel, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, disconnect the suspension and remove the engine support pin; disconnect the electrical wiring and fuel lines to remove the engine block, following the video tutorial to the end!
