Model: Gilera Runner 125
In order to calibrate the oil pump of the Gilera Runner, you need to loosen the screws that secure the crankcase near the rear wheel, on the left side of the motorcycle. Once these screws have been unscrewed, it will be possible to remove the crankcase and identify the underlying components. Below the engine pulley, you will find the pump, which can be adjusted using the calibrator on the left side of the crankcase: you will need to tighten it in order to align the two marks on the pump and next to it. Once the pump has been adjusted, you can fully close the crankcase with the bolts.

First of all we put our bike on the stand and we begin to disassemble the front brake calipers, going to unscrew the fixing screws that we find on the sides; once the caliper is removed we can remove the old brake pads, as shown in the video. Now let's clean up the dirt from the caliper and leverage the piston to make it re-enter; then we install the new brake pads and reassemble everything, following the video tutorial to the end! by ScegliAuto More videos
