How to Replace the Exhaust on a Gilera Nexus 500?

Model: Gilera Nexus 500
Part: Exhaust muffler

Video tutorial

To replace the exhaust on a Gilera Nexus 500, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust end can to its housing, located near the rear wheel on the right side of the bike. Once the fixing screws of the supports are loosened, you can widen the ring that connects the exhaust to the exhaust pipe.

Once the exhaust is freed, insert the new one into its housing: it must be connected to the appropriate supports and secured with the fixing ring, ensuring everything functions correctly.
