To dismantle the engine of the Gilera GP 800, loosen the screws that secure it to the centre of its housing in the frame: once these screws are loosened, you will also need to free it from the intake and exhaust pipes, disconnecting the connectors related to its sensors.

At this point, you can loosen the screws that secure the cylinder at its top, removing it to access the components inside the engine block: this will allow you to replace them and then close the engine block again.
