In this video tutorial, you will see the main steps to remove and replace the clutch on a Harley Davidson Sportster. First, remove the clutch side engine cover by unscrewing the screws securing the cover and then unscrewing the central screw, as shown in the video. Next, disconnect the cable from the clutch mechanism; now unscrew the central nut of the clutch, locking the gears by inserting a soft material inside them (to 'bite' and lock the gears). Then extract the gears and the clutch pack, replacing the discs.
