To replace the variator on the Honda NHX 110, loosen the screws securing the cover near the rear wheel of the bike, allowing the cover to be removed and providing access to the components underneath. Once this is removed, you can loosen the central nut that secures the variator, completely removing it and freeing it from the belt around it. This way, you can insert the new variator, secure it with the nut, and reinsert the belt, sealing everything with the cover.
