First, place the scooter on its centre stand and begin removing the side cover of the transmission by unscrewing the screws located on the sides; then unscrew the central nut of the fan, subsequently removing the drive belt as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the variator, replacing the rollers found inside; then reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
