To replace the rollers of a Honda SH 150 variator, you need to remove all the bolts and fixing screws of the cover located on the left side of the bike, corresponding to the rear wheel. Once the cover is open, you can loosen the nut that secures the variator shaft and also remove the clutch bell. By removing both the variator and the bell, the belt will also be easily extractable. This should be reinserted between the new variator and the clutch when the new parts are installed. Finally, close and secure the cover again.
