How to turn off the "V-Belt" warning light in the Yamaha X-MAX 400 scooter?

In this tutorial we can see how to turn off the "V-Belt" warning light from the instrument cluster of the Yamaha X-MAX scooter, a very simple and fast operation. Before doing this, we will of course need to have completed the required maintenance work, namely the replacement of the drive belt. We start by inserting the key and turning on the ignition, after which we open the small right glove compartment and unscrew the screw from the upper cover. Once removed, locate the white connector in which a jumper is connected, then disconnect it, wait about 10 seconds and reconnect it. If the operation was successful, the light will disappear.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
