To change the motor oil of a Honda Transalp, start by placing the motorcycle on a flat and secure surface, preferably on a center stand. Slightly warm up the engine to make the oil more fluid and facilitate drainage. Under the engine, locate the oil drain plug located on the bottom of the crankcase and remove it with a suitable wrench, allowing the used oil to drain into a suitable container. Once the oil has completely drained, replace the drain plug, making sure it is securely tightened. At this point, locate the oil filler cap cover, usually located on the top of the engine. Remove the cap and pour the new motor oil through the opening, using a funnel to avoid spills. Regularly check the oil level to ensure it is adequate, adding oil if necessary. Finally, start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to allow the oil to circulate, then turn it off and check the level again. If everything is in order, replace the filler cap and the motor oil has been successfully changed.
