How to replace the battery of the Honda Civic remote control

Is it possible to replace the battery of a Honda Civic key/remote in less than a minute? Thanks to our video tutorial, the answer is yes. To replace the battery, we need to press on the cover of the remote and extract the top part of it, thus removing the emergency key contained inside. The emergency key can be useful in case the remote stops working and you do not have a new battery. We use the metal key to open the remote in two parts, inserting the key into the right end. We remove the old battery and insert the new one, close the remote, and insert the emergency key inside.
