In this article, we will show you the procedure for replacing the battery of the 2014 Honda Civic key. To replace the battery, you will first need to remove the emergency key. To do this, press the appropriate button, hold it down, and remove the emergency key. Once the emergency key is removed, use it to lever at the bottom of the key and open the battery cover, alternatively use a flathead screwdriver to lever. Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the battery, so replace it, once the battery is replaced, reinsert the cover by pressing to insert the fastening clips, then reinsert the emergency key into its housing. Now the procedure will be complete.
