Service Reset on a Honda Civic

In today's video, we will show how to perform the service reset on a Honda Civic, eighth generation model produced from 2006 to 2012. Start the vehicle, then navigate to the service screen and press and hold the "reset" button located on the left side of the steering wheel until the entire screen on the information display of the speedometer begins to flash. Once done, release the "reset" button and press and hold it again until the engine oil life reset appears as shown in the video.
