Where is the Fuse Box on a 2001 Honda Civic?

The 2001 Honda Civic models contain a fuse box. The box is installed under the front bonnet next to the battery. To access the box, pull the bonnet release lever and open the bonnet. Release the cover of the box by pressing on the sides; a diagram will be located on the back of the cover to assist you during fuse replacement, indicating amperage and position. To facilitate the replacement, it is necessary to use not only needle-nose pliers but also disconnect the battery to ensure that there are no short circuits during the replacement.
