To properly replace the button battery inside the key of your 2020 Honda City, follow a procedure similar to that used in many other car models, even from different brands. Here’s how to do it. First, completely pull out the physical emergency key by pulling it outward with your hands.

Next, use the emergency key to remove the back cover of the key. At this point, locate the dead battery and gently remove it. Finally, insert the new battery and reattach the back cover.
