If the maintenance light remains on the dashboard of the 2016 Honda HR-V after servicing, you can reset it by following this procedure: first, scroll to the oil life percentage using the trip button located above the dashboard; once the percentage is displayed, press and hold the button until the percentage starts to flash. At this point, rotate the button until a '1' appears above the percentage. Now, press and hold the button until the percentage stops flashing and shows 100%, indicating that the reset was successful.
