Before proceeding with the valve adjustment on the Husaberg FC 600, ensure that your motorcycle is securely immobilised to safeguard the operator's safety. Now, remove the seat, fuel tank, plastic elements, spark plug, and valve cover. Rotate the engine to the TDC (Top Dead Centre) position using the appropriate tool. In this position, all 4 valves are closed. At this point, it is advisable to use a plastic straw to avoid scratching the cylinder while checking the valve. This operation should be performed with the engine at ambient temperature. Using the correct spanner, unscrew the valve and, with a screwdriver, tighten it until it reaches the end of its travel without forcing. Align a bolt angle with the screw's split and turn the screw until the next angle. Finally, tighten the bolt while keeping the screw in position. Repeat this operation for the other 3 screws. Valve adjustment should be performed approximately every 15 hours of motorcycle use.
