Many people are unaware that there is a battery inside the instrument cluster of the Husqvarna 701 that powers it. To access this battery, first remove the front headlight by unscrewing the two screws that secure it at the top (these are T20 Torx screws). Extract the headlight and disconnect its connector to remove it completely. At this point, it will be straightforward to extract the instrument cluster housing where the battery is fixed, disconnect it, and replace the battery, as clearly demonstrated in the video. Once done, proceed in reverse until fully reassembled.
