In today's video we will see the step by step instructions to be able to disassemble and replace the brake and clutch levers on a Husqvarna FE 501. First of all, let's start by removing the old levers; to do this we are going to unscrew the screw that we find on the clutch lever, using an 8 mm socket wrench to hold the lower nut. At this point we apply some grease on the new lever and then reassemble it. Let's move on to the brake lever, which we are going to disassemble in the exact same way as that of the clutch; obviously it is advisable to mount good levers that allow a long stroke.

How do you replace the front brake disc and pads of the LML Star?

In order to replace the front brake disc and pads of the LML Star you need to loosen the nut that fixes the front wheel to the base of its forks. Once the nut has been loosened, it will be possible to remove the wheel and consequently unscrew the screws that secure the brake caliper to the relative disc. In this way it will be possible to unscrew the screws that fix the disc and remove the old pads from inside its housing. In this way all the parts can be replaced with new spare parts; after replacement, all the parts previously removed must be mounted.
