To change the engine oil of the Husqvarna 701, you need to loosen the drain plug of the oil tank located at the bottom centre of the bike: by unscrewing this plug, you will be able to let all the used oil flow into a suitably positioned container. Once the oil has completely drained out, remove the filter located on the left front side of the bike and replace it with a new one. You can then top up the oil through the designated breather next to the casing on the right side of the bike.
