The steps to replace the battery of the 2017 Hyundai IX20 are simple and quick to do independently. The tools we will use to remove the battery are: a ratchet wrench with a 12mm insert and a ratchet wrench with a 10mm insert. The first step is to unscrew the bolts on the lower bracket of the battery using a 12mm ratchet wrench. The second step is to unscrew the bolts on the upper bracket of the battery using a 10mm ratchet wrench. The third step is to disconnect the negative terminal and the positive terminal from the battery. The fourth step is to remove the old battery and insert the new one. The fifth step is to connect the positive terminal and the negative terminal to the new battery. The sixth step is to mount the bolts on the front and upper bracket using the respective wrenches.
