Insert a flathead screwdriver into the small side hole of the remote and, applying slight pressure outward, open the remote into two parts. Push the worn battery outwards using the screwdriver and insert the new one. Position the remote and press it to close it. Stand near the vehicle to check its operation by pressing the open and close buttons.
