How to turn off the immobilizer on an Iveco Daily vehicle?

Model: IVECO Daily MK 4 - Years 2006-2020

The immobilizer on an Iveco Daily vehicle is responsible for verifying that the key inserted or found inside the vehicle is the one recognized by the system. This mechanism is designed to prevent a possible theft attempt by blocking control of the vehicle. If the warning light comes on for a few minutes, it means that the system is functioning and performing its task correctly. If the warning light remains on or flashes, there may be a fault in the fuse, the control unit, or the transmission mechanism. Before proceeding with computerized diagnostics, check the fuse and replace it if necessary. To disable this function, remove the mechanism located inside the engine compartment.

How to Adjust the Handbrake on a BMW 1 Series?

To adjust the handbrake on a BMW 1 Series, use a tool to pry off the leather cover that wraps around the base of the handbrake lever. Once this cover is removed, you will be able to locate the spring that regulates the handbrake tension. At this point, adjust the nut located at the base of the spring: tightening the nut will make the handbrake firmer and reduce the lever's travel. Conversely, loosening the nut will decrease the handbrake's firmness and increase the lever's travel.
