The gears do not engage on the Iveco Daily gearbox.

In this video we see that at first glance the gearbox of this Iveco Daily seems broken, and it seems like a really serious problem, because a work vehicle cannot afford to be out of commission, and surely a gearbox breakdown requires a few days to be repaired. Fortunately, the YouTuber is not someone who gives up easily: he manages to get under the vehicle and remove the gear shift plug. The problem is caused by the breakage of a simple, small screw, which prevents the gears from engaging. Removing the broken screw is not very simple because we will have to drill it out, and replace it with a countersunk head 6x25 hardness 10.9 screw. This is obviously a manual gearbox.
