In this tutorial we can see how to replace the alternator in the Jeep Grand Cherokee, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then move the passenger seat forward, open the indicated panel, and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Next, grab the tensioner with a socket wrench, loosen the tension and remove the belt itself. At this point, all that remains is to disconnect the power terminals of the alternator, unscrew the fixing bolts, position the replacement and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
