Operation: How to permanently disable Start / Stop in the Jeep Compass?

In this video we can see how to permanently disable the Start / Stop in the Jeep Compass. Start / Stop is a system that allows you to slightly limit fuel consumption by automatically switching off the engine during prolonged stops such as a traffic light. To disable this system, which can sometimes be too intrusive, we open the bonnet and locate the large pin indicated, located in the front part of the compartment. This is the switch that signals the car that the hood is open, removing it will be fooled and the Start / Stop will be disabled automatically.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
