How do you reset the tire pressure light on the Jeep Compass?

The tire pressure warning light that appears on the instrument panel of the Jeep Compass can be reset by first inflating the tires, bringing them back to the correct inflation pressure: this is indicated on the sticker attached to the driver's side door pillar. Once the tires have been brought back to that pressure value, you will need to turn on the instrument panel, so that the sensors can detect the new pressure value; if the light does not turn off immediately, it may be necessary to drive a few kilometers to give the sensors time to detect the new values and turn off the warning light.
