The procedure for replacing the headlight bulb on the Kawasaki Vulcan 650 involves loosening the screws that secure the headlight assembly to its housing: these screws will be located on the two side areas of the headlight. Once these screws have been unscrewed, it will be possible to remove the headlight assembly from its housing, so that the internally connected connector can be disconnected and then remove the bulb; the latter can now be replaced with a new one. After installing the new bulb, it will be possible to secure the headlight with the screws and verify that everything is functioning correctly.
