In this tutorial we can see how to replace the headlight bulb in the Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Vaquero, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure the key is not inserted, then locate the screw located in the lower area of the headlight, unscrew it and remove the chrome frame. Then unscrew the various fixing bolts with a socket wrench, remove the headlight from the housing and disconnect the power connector. At this point, all that remains is to remove the rubber cover, unhook the metal clip and insert the replacement. To reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse procedure.
