To change the motor oil of a Kawasaki Vulcan 650, start by warming up the engine for a few minutes to make the oil more fluid. Turn off the engine and put the motorcycle on a stand to ensure stability. Locate the oil drain plug, located on the bottom side of the engine. Place a collection tray under the plug and use a wrench to unscrew it, allowing the used oil to completely drain into the tray. Once all the oil has drained out, securely screw the drain plug back in. Find the oil fill cap on the side of the engine and remove it. Use a funnel to slowly pour the new oil in the amount recommended by the owner's manual. Make sure not to exceed the indicated level. After completing the filling, put the fill cap back on and tighten it well. Start the engine for a few minutes to circulate the new oil, then turn it off and check for any leaks. This ensures that the new oil is evenly distributed in the engine and everything is in order.

In order to reset the Oil Check light on the Sym VF 185, you need to turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition switch. Once the panel is on, you can press and hold the button located at the bottom right of the instrument panel for a few seconds.
