Before starting, position your Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 on its side stand. Begin by unscrewing and removing the bolts that secure the bike's seats, then remove the seats themselves. Next, move the wiring located on the battery. This will give you access to the battery itself. Proceed to unscrew and remove the screws that secure the terminals to the battery, then disconnect the terminals. At this point, extract the battery from its housing, and you will have completed the disassembly. To fit the new battery, simply follow these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
