In this video tutorial, you will see the main instructions for disassembling and replacing the clutch on the Kawasaki Ninja 600, as well as the 636. First, remove the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then remove the clutch cover located on the right by unscrewing all the fastening screws on the sides. Next, unscrew the central screws of the clutch pack to remove the aluminium disc, then slide out all the cork discs; finally, replace them with new ones!
