How to replace the clutch on the Kawasaki Ninja 600 - 636

In this video tutorial we will see the main instructions for disassembling and replacing the clutch on the Kawasaki Ninja 600, but also on the 636. First we are going to remove the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for a ten minutes; after which we remove the clutch cards that we find on the right, unscrewing all the fixing screws that we find on the sides. At this point we unscrew the central screws of the clutch pack to remove the aluminum disc, and then remove all the cork ones; we just have to replace them with new ones!

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
