Remove the small left fairing located under the seat by unscrewing the 4 mm hex screw (be careful not to damage the clips during removal), then remove the right one. Now unscrew the 5 mm screws that secure the seat and remove it. Before accessing the battery, remove the ECU by disconnecting its three connectors. Unscrew the cross screw securing it and remove the plastic cover above the battery. Now that you have access, unscrew and disconnect the two terminals, starting with the negative terminal and then moving to the positive. Remove the battery and proceed in reverse for reassembly.

How to reset the oil light on the Honda SH 125
