In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the headlight bulb on a Kawasaki Vulcan 900, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition for safety.

Then, locate the two screws on either side of the headlight and remove them. Next, grasp the headlight, pull it outwards, and separate it from the base.

At this point, disconnect the power connector, remove the rubber cap, unclip the metal clip, and extract the old bulb. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
