To replace the exhaust on a Kawasaki Ninja 650, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust end can to its housing on the right side of the rear mudguard. Once the mounting screws are loosened, disconnect the remaining part of the exhaust pipe from the corresponding collector. This will allow you to completely remove the old exhaust from its housing, so you can insert the new one. The new exhaust can now be secured in place with the corresponding screws and connected to the collector.
