The engine block of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152 can be released by loosening the bolts that secure it to its housing in the centre of the frame. You can then disconnect the pipes and connectors, allowing the engine to be completely removed.

At this point, proceed by loosening the valve cover and removing its cylinder. The piston inside can be freed from the connecting rod by removing any additional components as necessary.

After the replacement has been completed, reassemble all the parts that were removed.
