In order to replace the license plate holder of the Keeway RKF 125, you need to insert the key into the lock located at the bottom left of the saddle: this way, the cover of the top part of the fender will be released and it will be possible to remove it. Here it will also be possible to disconnect the connectors connected to the bulbs next to the license plate; by unscrewing the screws that secure the old license plate holder, it will then be possible to remove it to insert the new one. At this point, it will be possible to reconnect the bulbs and secure the new license plate holder with the screws, reinserting the upper cover of the fender.
