As usual, before starting this battery replacement operation on the Keeway Superlight, ensure the motorcycle is stable and secure for working on. First, turn off the fuel tap that supplies petrol to the engine. Next, remove the small section of fairing located at the top, on the left side, corresponding to the position of the tank and seat. To do this, unscrew the three screws using the appropriate tool (as shown in the video images). At this point, locate the battery in its housing. Disconnect the cables, unscrew the bolts securing it in place with the appropriate tool, and remove it. Finally, install the replacement battery and reassemble everything by reversing the steps taken.

Servicing a Honda SH300 Scooter

How to service the SH 300 scooter. This operation should be done with the engine cold. Remove the cover and take out the air filter, cleaning the compartment where the new one will be placed. Refit the three screws you removed earlier and reassemble the cover. Remove the oil cap, take a 12 mm spanner and unscrew the oil plug from underneath. Allow the oil to drain into a suitable container, which you will then dispose of at an authorised centre. Remove the filter, clean the cavity where the new one will be fitted, and tighten it with the spanner. Refit the oil cap screw. Always change the washer on the cap. Now, refill with oil. You will need a synthetic oil like Motul 5100 10W40, which costs £12.40 per litre on Amazon. If you are doing a complete change, you will need two cans, as you will require 1.6 litres including the filter. After adding the oil, let it rest for a few minutes, then run the engine for a few minutes and check the level. If necessary, top it up: it should be halfway between min and max.
