How to replace the battery of the Keeway Superlight

As usual, before starting this operation of replacing the Keeway Superlight, we must position the bike in a stable and safe way to be able to work on it. The first thing to do is to close the tap on the pump that brings the petrol to the engine. Now, let's proceed to remove the small part of the fairing that we find at the top, on the left side, in correspondence with the position of the tank and the saddle. To do this, unscrew, using the appropriate key, the three screws (as shown in the video images). At this point, we find the battery in its housing. Just disconnect the cables, unscrew, using the appropriate key, the bolts that secure it in its seat and remove it. Finally, we proceed with the assembly of the replacement battery and reassemble everything following the operations seen but proceeding backwards.

In this guide, we will see the steps useful for disassembling and replacing the fuel tank and ignition coil of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152 motorcycle. First of all, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start by removing the passenger and rider seats; then we unscrew the screws of the tank found on the top and bottom of it, disconnecting the fuel line and the electrical connector to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the spark plug connector and then the ignition coil, replacing and reassembling everything!
