This function is particularly useful if we have messed up with the controls and have set conflicting commands, causing the on-board computer to not work optimally. In this case - even if we lose all the personalized settings that we will have to reset - the best thing is to go back to the factory settings; basically a hard reset. So let's see how to do it: from the keypad located on the left side of the multimedia screen, press the configuration button, go to the default system information and press the reset button. Let the system reset and we're done: then we will have to reload all our personalized settings.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
