How to disassemble the door panel of the Kia Sportage

In this article, we will see how to dismantle the door panel of the Kia Sportage. For this operation, you will need a Phillips screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver or the appropriate plastic tool. To remove the panel, first remove the screw cover located in the small storage compartment of the door, after removing the cover you will have access to the screw, unscrew it and remove it, then remove the rear cover of the opening handle to access the screw and unscrew it, to remove the cover it is recommended to use the appropriate tool or a flathead screwdriver, be careful not to damage the car. Once the screw behind the handle is removed, remove the screw on the side of the door, in the contact area between the door and the pillar, it is protected by a plastic cover, remove it and unscrew the screw, then use the appropriate tool to apply pressure and remove the cover. Now the procedure will be complete.
