In this guide we will see the instructions that will allow us to adjust the handbrake of the Kia Rio. First of all, we get into the car and start by removing the plastic cover of the rear cup holder, located in the central tunnel; then we proceed to adjust the handbrake lever cable, using a wrench to adjust the adjuster, as shown in the video. In order for the handbrake lever travel to be adjusted correctly, it is necessary for the rear brake pads or shoes to be in good condition.
