Disassembly of the panel and speaker on a Kia Sportage

In this video we will disassemble the rear door panel and speaker. To perform the procedure on the front one, the differences are really minimal. Let's start by removing the screw cover caps and the screws themselves that secure the internal panel to the door, not forgetting the one inside the handle compartment. For the rest, the supports are pressurized so it is sufficient to apply pressure to detach the panel. Then we disconnect the electric cables and the one that operates the lock. Here is how to replace the speaker with an incompatible one. IF you have recovered an original or compatible one, just unscrew the supports and replace it.
