Door Panel Disassembly for Replacement

Model: Kia Rio UB, MK 3 - Years 2011-2017
Part: Door trim panel

The tools needed for this operation are: a flat screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a Torx key, and a spatula. Remove the handle cover and unscrew the retaining screws. Also unscrew all the screws of the panel and, using the spatula, gently remove the panel along the edges, carefully pulling it upwards. Carefully disconnect the electrical contacts by unplugging the connectors, taking care not to pull them. Refit the new panel starting with the electrical cable connections. Position the panel upwards and then push it down until it clicks into place. Reinsert the screws.
